					<description><![CDATA[Light BWK, Lee Posey, Amir and other contributors: Thank you for this awesome compendium on general blender npr workflow. The beginner struggle quickly to achieve even the most basic accomplishments in Blender due to a lack of method or just common sense practice when it comes to organize their workflow. This is because this kind of knowledge isn&#039;t easy to find and isn&#039;t mentioned much in tutorials and other learning materials so lots of people don&#039;t even realize they need it until late when they are stuck trying to make sense of the plethora of files s/he gathered or produced in the process of creating their final artwork.

For me this knowledge came through relentless forum navigation and foraging for information in blender project files and folder structure (such as Sintel and many others). Seeing this knowledge summarized here (even if this is just a starting point and just the common knowledge) makes me happy and certain that people beginning to create their own art with Blender will achieve success much more quickly, even if this is just a small step in the hardships of becoming an artist.
