Cycles toon shading tutorial

Juan José Torres writes an excellent blog post about not only using Cycles render engine for a pretty nice Toon look, but also about compositing and some other fun stuff:

Ever since the Cycles toon shader was committed to trunk people have demanded more information about it, but not much has been seen or heard. Consequently, this shader is not as popular as it should be.
